My Story. Our Future.

Harvey is where my story began, from being born at Ingalls Hospital to growing up on Lexington Avenue, known to us as "LEX." This community shaped the woman and public servant I am today. My commitment to Harvey is personal, but my vision is practical: safer neighborhoods, opportunities for residents and a government that follows through.

In 2023, I began serving as Harvey's Second Ward Alderwoman, with the honor of representing the community that raised me. Since then, my service has reinforced an important lesson: residents deserve more than promises. They deserve to be heard, to know who is responsible and to receive clear updates on what happens next.

Public service means listening, asking difficult questions and following up. It also means connecting residents' everyday concerns to the decisions that shape Harvey's future.

My journey has included setbacks, the determination to run again and the honor of serving my hometown. Each chapter has strengthened my resolve to keep showing up and working for Harvey.

I am running for Mayor because residents deserve leadership that turns their concerns into priorities and those priorities into action. I want to build on my service in the Second Ward to help move our entire city forward with clear goals, open communication and accountability for results.

I see a Harvey where families feel safe, young people can envision a future and residents have opportunities to thrive. A city where the government communicates openly, uses resources responsibly and earns trust through its actions.

Getting there will take consistent work and a shared commitment to our community. Together, we can build a Safe, Growing, Healthy, and Accountable Harvey.
